What is your testimonial to share ?
It all begins when we have a spark to give ourselves more. For many this initiation starts with a heart wrenching event. We meet the darkness with in and scrap the very bottom of our emotional threshold cup. From there we rise, every woman knows the story of the phoenix. We gather to heal, laugh and share the love we all give. In this gathering when we bring medicine, everything shifts and what is awoken will never sleep again.
Mantra & Journal Prompts
-
I face you, I recognize you, I permit you to pass through me and over me.
My pain has no power over me.
I choose blessings over lessons always.
SHOW ME HOW GOOD IT CAN GET.
Love and abundance is my home.
I am strong enough to feel it all.
FEAR HAS NO POWER OVER ME.
I bless and release what does not give me peace.
I AM READY FOR WHATEVER TODAY BRINGS.

I am grateful for ( …) write out 20x.
This is your reminder to RELEASE daily from your heart, mind, body and spirit of what is not meant to stay. Write down what you want to release?
What do you want to be known for? What speaks so easily to you - you must share it with the word! Do you have a calling wrapped up in a passion and tucked away? Something you day dream about or smile when the thought comes up.
What did you learn that is a hard pill to swallow?
What did you learn this weekend that blew your mind away?
Daily practice: Say it, Write it, Feel it. I believe the dream, I am the dream. I believe the dream, I am the dream. I believe the dream, I am the dream.

Pupus and Meals
Meal plan in progress. Breakfast bar open all day includes tea, coffee, creamer, eggs, toast, tortillas, breakfast bars and more. Lunch is homemade and self-serve; leftovers will be placed in fridge and up for grabs throughout the day. Dinner is provided and encouraged we all eat together.
All allergies and preferences will be taken into consideration.
The Hawaiian Home we will be in.
A private home with a full kitchen, Hawaiian charm, open space to lounge in, washer and dryer, all toiletries awaits. Keauhou Punahele is an excellent location for relaxation, close to Keauhou Bay in Kona, Hawai’i .
We will be enjoying the large lanai and garden views. A hot tub and quiet pool to unwind in. The gentle joy of garden walks among Hawai’i Fauna or sun bathing is a must.
All snorkel gear, sarongs and beach towels provided.
MOANA (Water) Safety
The brand Little Hands for sunscreen will be provided. It’s been great for sensitive skin and prone to sunburn. Also has a light skin tone tint making it blend in lovely. Little Hands sunscreen is SPF40 Eco Friendly, made in USA, Sustainable Agriculture, Women Owned and chemical free. If you purchase sunscreen reef safe is highly recommended. Coming into Hawaii the agriculture sheet recommends this and you will see volunteers at some of the bigger beaches offering reef safe sunscreen too.
Water shoes may be ideal if you have sensitive feet. The beach we are directly on is lovely. The black rocks you see are porous and lava rock. Meaning some sharp points and jagged edges are occasionally found.
If no one is swimming in an area double check with a lifeguard or look a little closer before jumping in. Currents off the beaches of the Big Island can have strong under toes and change frequently. Flags are marked along the sand at large beaches giving hazard warning.
WHERE TO RENT SNORKELS OR BOARDSS FROM?
Kahaluu Surf & Sea directly across from Kahaluu State Beach Park - fish sanctuary, snorkeling, surfing, sunbathing, shade, picnic tables and more. It is easiest to park along railing by beach side and walk to Kahaluu Surf & Sea or park farther down in Kahaluu State Beach Park.
Local Flora, Fauna and Animals
The dreamy tropical landscape we will be in is truly a piece of paradise. Many of the flora, fauna and animals we see have evolved to live in the islands and can only be found there.
The Nene is a type of goose that is only found in Hawai’i. It is considered to be a relative of the Canadian Goose many of us are familiar with. The Nene has a shorter wingspan and has webbed feet that are evolved to walk on the rough lava.
Ama’u the fern fiddle heads you see along recent lava flows, closed canopy wet forests, or on open rainy, windswept ridges is prehistoric looking and sometimes have red ferns intermingled with the green.
Coffee first arrived in Hawai’i around 1820. Today, it is the only state in the US where coffee is grown on a commercial scale. Furthermore, it’s volcanic soils and tropical microclimates make it perfect for growing specialty coffee.
Prepare to enter a land that cultivates an awakening in our inner selves.
Cultural Awareness
Hawai’i Kanaka - SON OF OAHU - devoted Ambassador of Aloha
Be inspired more about Hawaiian Culture with Elijahs information to history, culture, ceremony and practices.
Keep it PONO “balance, alignment, righteousness” and is often used to describe behavior and characteristics that display responsibility, ethics and values that respect the harmony of all life.
Hawai’i feels like a different country because it is illegally occupied by America. You will see how many things are similar and yet very different to the mainland. The story of Hawai’i before and after being colonized is a diverse, heartfelt and perseverance story of the families who live here. A rich history awaits us and is the foundation we feel that surrounds Pono Vistors.
Practice walking in gratitude with me.
